"As a first time mother, I was reluctant to reach out to a sleep
consultant at 8 months. I thought maybe my husband and I could just
ride it out and our 8 month old waking up every 1.5 to 2 hours was

A few days after my son Arloh turned 4 months old, he hit his first sleep regression and went from sleeping through the night to waking 2-3 times. Going into day 4, I have seen amazing progress with Clara and I finally had a good nights sleep last night (which felt amazing) and as did Clara! :) I am so happy and so proud of her. Even starting to see some progress with naps - she put herself to sleep for the second one yesterday and the second one today too! The night time progress is so great though!
