Client Agreement


Please read over the following client agreement. Purchase and confirmation of this agreement adhere you to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

By confirming the above, you acknowledge that I will provide you with a plan that is as gentle as possible and allows you to stay with your child if preferred. Still, that crying cannot be prevented if your child's emotional response to a change in their sleep process is to cry. I will provide you with options to soothe, comfort, reassure and support your child, but please understand that crying is a symptom of frustration, change, confusion, and often fatigue and, as such, may not be prevented.

FOR CLIENTS WHO HAVE PURCHASED A BASIC OR MINI-PLAN SUPPORT PROGRAM


Refund Policy for basic or mini-support plan programs:

  • Cancellation after payment has been submitted, within 24 hours of purchase, if the customer has not utilized any services or consumed any digital products or online course services, will be refunded less credit card processing fees and will be subject to a $50 service fee.
  • If no sleep support or services have been rendered, but the online course and information have been consumed in any way, will be refunded less credit card processing fees and will be subject to a $79 online course and service fee.
  • After any sleep support or services have been rendered in form of email, phone consultation, or consumption of online courses or digital products, in whole or in partial, and I choose not to continue with my sleep services or cancel services, no portion of any payments shall be owed to me.
  • I understand that I have 30 days from the consultation date to implement the Sleep Services provided to me, after which time I will forfeit my follow-up support and am not eligible for a refund. Furthermore, if I decide to implement the program after 30 days, I will be responsible for purchasing any add-on support I require.

NOTE: No refunds for the basic or mini-support plans will be processed after 7 days of purchase regardless of whether services have been used or rendered which includes online course content.

FOR PREMIUM COACHING AND 1:1 30-MINUTE PHONE CONSULTATIONS


Refund Policy for Premium Coaching Packages or 1:1 services:

  • Cancellation after payment has been submitted, within 24 hours of purchase, will be refunded less credit card processing fees and will be subject to a $50 service fee for premium packages and $25 service fee for 1:1 30-minute add one consultations.
  • Before implementing the plan, but after the plan has been written and any course or services have been rendered the cancellation will be subject to payment of any services completed at Sleep Consultants discretion (50% of services minimum), credit card processing fees, and a $25 service fee.
  • After Consultation, once the plan has been implemented, if I choose not to continue with my sleep plan or cancel services, no portion of any payments shall be owed to me.
  • I understand that I have 30 days from the consultation date to implement the Sleep Plan provided to me, after which time I will forfeit my follow-up support and am not eligible for a refund. Furthermore, if I decide to implement the program after 30 days, an additional fee will be charged to account for reevaluation and time to make any changes needed to plan.

    Sleep Plan Commitment Agreement

    I understand that I have 30 days from the consultation date to implement the Sleep Plan provided to me, after which time I will forfeit my follow-up support and am not eligible for a refund. Furthermore, if I decide to implement the program after 30 days, an additional fee will be charged to account for reevaluation and time to make any changes needed to plan.

Terms of Service of Premium Coaching and 30-minute add-on support
Once I have decided to partner with Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions, an invoice will be emailed to me, reflecting the fees for the services agreed upon. The sleep plan development and sleep consultation begin after payment of the consultation fees.

The consultation fees are due in full 48 hours before a scheduled appointment. Failure to pay these fees within this time frame will result in the consultation appointment being canceled and rescheduled after payment.

I agree to the terms of this contract by signing electronically. Completion of this document is due 48 hours before a scheduled appointment. Failure to sign the contract will result in the appointment being canceled and rescheduled after completing the contract.

My commitment as your client:

  • I will be open and honest. Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions cannot provide you with a unique and effective plan without honesty and communication.
  • I will use my time well. My package allows us adequate time to make noticeable improvements in my child’s sleep but only if I communicate regularly and to the best of my ability.
  • I will commit to the plan. I will have faith that what we’ve agreed upon will work, and I will commit my time for enough time to see the result. (If I don't follow ALL of the plans, I can't expect to achieve full results).
  • I will ask lots of questions! Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions is here to teach you along the way, to help ensure you have the skills and tools needed to help your child(ren) develop healthy sleep skills. I will ask questions as they come up for me throughout the process.
  • Silence is hard on a Sleep Consultant! Your Sleep Consultant will assume no news is good news; if things are not going well, please reach out with an update, questions, or concerns so Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions can help.

Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions commits to me:

  • Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions will put my child first. Our entire program support and the course will be created to benefit my child. Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions will never ask me to do anything I am not comfortable with doing; however, Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions will ask me to make changes and Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions will educate me on how my decisions and actions impact my child’s sleep.
  • I understand that Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions can provide you with a plan with multiple options, but that if I don't want to do any of the steps required to initiate change that a refund will not be offered, as Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions has indeed provided me with her time and expert knowledge as promised.

Safe Sleep


I have received information on Safe Sleep Guidelines as recommended by the AAP. I understand and acknowledge the Safe Sleep Guidelines as recommended by the AAP. However, my choices during sleep training regarding safety are my own decision and not the decision of any representative at Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions.

Sleep Support Confidentiality Agreement


You agree that the sleep plan, support, and education provided to me by my pediatric sleep coach at Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions, was provided to me for the sole purpose of use for my child(ren) only. I understand that this Sleep Plan was created for the individual needs of my child and my family and may not meet the needs of other children of a similar age(s). Therefore, I agree to keep this Sleep Plan and any education in confidence and will not share or distribute it.

All information and content distributed by Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions is the property of Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions. The material may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any way, in part or whole, without prior written agreement from Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions.

I understand that all of the information provided in the Sleep Plan and subsequent follow-up coaching are suggestions to help improve my child's sleep habits (ren). If I do not agree with something in the proposed Sleep Plan, I will voice my concerns immediately via phone, boxer, or email so that changes can be made moving forward. I understand that commitment to the plan is essential. If I do not follow the plan and subsequent coaching suggestions, no guarantees can be made to the outcome of my child’s sleep habits. Please understand that If you don't want to do any of the steps required to initiate change that a refund will not be offered, as I have indeed provided you with my time and expert knowledge as promised.

Exclusion/Limitation Of Liability

Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding consulting services provided.

Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions’ liability (if any) is limited to the consulting fee paid by me to Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions, and in no event will Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions be liable to me for any other claim, losses or damages.

Business Hours

Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions will not respond to any form of communication outside of business hours.  Business and will respond within 48 hours. Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions will get back to me once business hours resume.  Business hours include:
- Monday - Friday (8 am - 7 pm PST)
- Saturday (8 am - 10 am PST)
- There are NO office hours on Sunday
