The following refund policies relate to a variety of our products or Services available on our Website. These policies are subject to change at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to any refund policies will apply to purchases on or after the date of the refund policy change. You are responsible for confirming that You have read and agree to the applicable refund policy(ies) prior to making a purchase on our Website.

Refund Policy for Online Course Services Only (No Personal Support)

 

  • 24 Hour, Non-Use Refund: Refunds are available if You notify us within 24 hours of purchase and You have not utilized any part of the Services or products, including consuming any part of the digital products or online courses. You must provide us with written notice to [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible to receive a refund.
    • Service Fee: Eligible refunds will be subject to a $25 service fee.

 

Refund Policy Essential or Add-on Support Plans

 

  • 24 Hour, Non-Use Refund: Refunds are available if You notify us within 24 hours of purchase and You have not utilized any part of the Services or products, including consuming any part of the digital products or online courses. You must provide us with written notice to [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible to receive a refund.
    • Service Fee: Eligible refunds will be subject to a $25 service fee.
  • Access to Course Refund: If You cancel before any sleep support or other Services are utilized but the online course and other information has been accessed or consumed, in whole or in part, You will be refunded less a $197 course access fee. Any credit card processing fees associated with Your purchase will not be refunded.
  • 30-Day Guarantee: We provide a money back guarantee (minus a $50 service fee) from the date of purchase if You see no improvement in any sleep and submit the following:
    • Proof of submission of all worksheets and homework as requesting in the coaching program
    • Proof that all course and content for guidance has been utilized or consumed, including, but not limited to, watching all course modules for guidance
    • Proof of submission of sleep log for audit
    • Attendance at a minimum of 3 coaching calls for troubleshooting or support
    • Utilization of Facebook group or email for assistance
    • Proof of lack of results such as a sleep log or baby tracking application screenshots
    • Proof and acknowledgement that all recommendations provided by the coaches have been implemented for at least 3 consecutive days
  • Time to Utilize Services: You have 30 days from the purchase date to implement the Services provided to You, after which You will forfeit any follow-up support services included in your purchase. If You choose to implement the Services outside of the 30-day window, You will be responsible for purchasing any add-on support You may require.

Refund Policy for Premium Coaching Packages or 1:1 Services

 

  • 24 Hour, Non-Use Refund: Refunds are available if You notify us within 24 hours of purchase and You have not utilized any part of the Services or products, including consuming any part of the digital products or online courses. You must provide us with written notice to [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible to receive a refund.
    • Service Fee: Eligible refunds will be subject to a $50 service fee for premium packages and $25 service fee for 1:1 add-on consultation.
  • Cancellation After Plan Creation, Prior to Plan Implementation: If You choose to cancel services prior to implementation of the plan but after the plan has been created or any course has been consumed or Services have been rendered, such cancellation will be subject to a partial refund at the Company’s discretion, but in no case less than 50% of the cost of the Services purchase.
    • Service Fee: Eligible refunds will be subject to a $50 service fee.
  • Time to Utilize Services: You have 30 days from the consultation date to implement the Services provided to You, after which You will forfeit any follow-up support services included in your purchase. If You choose to implement the Services outside of the 30-day window, You will be responsible for purchasing any add-on support You may require.
