Hey!  We're Mica and Chelsae.  Mothers, wives, and the OG mamas behind Rested Mama, Happy Baby Sleep Solutions.   We both struggled with sleep exhaustion firsthand, and its impacts our mental health, our marriage, and our parenting.  We both also learned first-hand how getting the proper sleep help meant so much more than just "getting better sleep."  It was not a nice-to-have, but a necessity to being the mothers we needed for our children and the wives we needed for our spouses.      

As Certified Pediatric Sleep Experts, our mission is simple.  We're here to give families the rest they need to enjoy their time in the world of parenthood in a way that is responsive and holistic with our unique Association Fading™ Sleep Method.   I'm here to teach you everything I know to help you implement healthy, safe sleep and happy sleep habits that get your whole house sleeping again.

What is Our Association Fading?

As we entered the world of pediatric sleep, from the perspective of moms, we found so many limiting beliefs.
"You must leave your room if you want your child to learn independent sleep."
"You should expect up to 90 minutes of crying on average and two weeks to see results."
